There’s no set format or framework, since the coaching relationships are completely individualised to meet you where you are.
I can brainstorm with you and generally be a sounding board/ mirror for you. At times, I may offer some suggestions or ideas based on my and my clients’ experience but you are entirely in driver seat to decide what you may commit to.
At the end of each session, you’ll have the opportunity to commit to next steps and/or intentions till our next session.

My clients have experienced being more confident, finding more balance in life, figuring out their leadership styles (across giving feedback, coaching and mentoring, working on their interpersonal skills among others), taking sabbaticals
